A beef topside is one of the three muscles in the hind legs of cattle, between the top rump and silverside.
This cut is best enjoyed roasted for approximately 40 minutes per kg. Allow to rest after removing from the oven for at least 20 minutes. Delicious with Stokes Classic English Mustard or Stokes Creamed Horseradish Sauce, both available from Becky’s Pantry!
