Beef

All our juicy, tender beef is locally sourced from farms in Essex, keeping our carbon footprint low. Some comes from our own family farm here in Great Bromley. Our cows are allowed to roam freely on our grass pastures for most of the year and are brought into the cattle sheds for the winter months. We hang our beef for 21-28 days before it is butchered and carefully packaged to your requirements.
