Our salt beef is made using our silverside cuts, soaked in salt (brine). This cut is best boiled and sliced thinly for your dish of choice. Why not try this for an alternative Sunday roast joint with cauliflower cheese…? Delicious!

Ingredients: Beef, salt, stabilizers (e451(i) E452), dried glucose syrup, dextrose, sugar preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidant (E301), hydrolysed vegetable protein, acidity regulator (E500(ii)). Contains SOYA.

We offer Free Home Delivery on all orders over the value of £40, within the Tendring District.

You can purchase anytime using our Click & Collect option, however collections are offered on set days due to our opening hours.

Collect on a Wedsnesday, Friday or Saturday between 10am – 4pm.

Please note: products may be frozen if not avalible fresh.

Locally Sourced

Some of the beef and lamb available in the shop is produced on site at our farm in Great Bromley, alongside locally sourced meats produced in Essex - so you can be sure that the food miles are as low as possible!
