An authentic Chinese style dipping sauce: sweet, sour, salty and a little bit of spice.
This sauce is fantastic on anything barbecued, with the sweet and sour flavours really complimenting anything smoky. It can even be used as a marinade or stir-fry sauce, but it really comes into its own as a straight-up dipping sauce for crackers, chicken or prawns.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Distilled white vinegar, Mild red chillies (6.3%), Garlic (3.4%), Modified corn starch, Salt.
