This cut is very versitile. It is the leanest and most tender muscle on the pig, being under the loin. You could stuff and roast this or slice it for stir fry. Your options are endless!

We offer Free Home Delivery on all orders over the value of £40, within the Tendring District.

You can purchase anytime using our Click & Collect option, however collections are offered on set days due to our opening hours.

Collect on a Wedsnesday, Friday or Saturday between 10am – 4pm.

Please note: products may be frozen if not avalible fresh.

Some of the beef and lamb available in the shop is produced on site at our farm in Great Bromley, alongside locally sourced meats produced in Essex - so you can be sure that the food miles are as low as possible!
