Our red onion marmalade sausages are handmade on site using natural hog casings. The red onion chutney, balsamic vinegar and sticky black treacle are a perfect blend for a sweet flavour combination. These sausages were introduced to our range for Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee and have remained one of our best-sellers ever since.
Ingredients: Pork, RUSK, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, salt), red onions (50%), sugar and cane molasses, balsamic vinegar of Modena (10%), (red wine vinegar, grape must), red wine vinegar, black treacle (1%), sea salt, preservative: sorbic acid, spice

You can purchase anytime using our Click & Collect option, however collections are offered on set days due to our opening hours.
Collect on a Wedsnesday, Friday or Saturday between 10am – 4pm.
