Our gammons come from the hind of the pig. The leg muscle is lean and perfect for making your own ham joint. Cured on the bone and then boned and rolled in the butchery. Smoked or unsmoked... your choice!

We offer Free Home Delivery on all orders over the value of £40, within the Tendring District.

You can purchase anytime using our Click & Collect option, however collections are offered on set days due to our opening hours.

Collect on a Wedsnesday, Friday or Saturday between 10am – 4pm.

Please note: products may be frozen if not avalible fresh.

Some of the beef and lamb available in the shop is produced on site at our farm in Great Bromley, alongside locally sourced meats produced in Essex - so you can be sure that the food miles are as low as possible!
