Slow-cooked shoulder of lamb. The shoulder comes from the front of the animal and is therefore a more used muscle, making it perfect for slow cooking. You'll know it's cooked well when the bone falls out. Got some left overs? Why not make a curry or shepherd's pie?

We offer Free Home Delivery on all orders over the value of £40, within the Tendring District.

You can purchase anytime using our Click & Collect option, however collections are offered on set days due to our opening hours.

Collect on a Wedsnesday, Friday or Saturday between 10am – 4pm.

Please note: products may be frozen if not avalible fresh.

Some of the beef and lamb available in the shop is produced on site at our farm in Great Bromley, alongside locally sourced meats produced in Essex - so you can be sure that the food miles are as low as possible!
